PPL Minimum Requirements
To commence training for a Private Pilots Licence the following minimum requirements apply: Minimum age 14 years.
You must be medically fit, subject to examination by a CAA appointed Medical Examiner.
You must have an ability to absorb information on a number of topics and pass the relevant examinations. However remember qualified instructors are available on a one to one basis or you can join group lessons.

It is not always easy to say exactly how many hours flying will be required. This often depends upon several factors, including frequency of lessons, your own skill level and of course the weather!
