LAC Flying School is based at Barton Aerodrome, Manchester and boasts a large fleet of 12 fixed-wing aeroplanes and 13 commercially qualified flight instructors – 5 of which are CAA Appointed Examiners.

LAC Flying School offers the PPL Course for anyone who just wants to get their PPL Licence for travelling the country for fun, or for those who wish to fulfill an ambition of becoming a pilot. Guidance for those wanting to make a career out of flying is widely available at LAC as some of our part-time instructors are full-time Airline Pilots with thousands of flight hours.

We are now offering Corporate Days; 8 people £840, 12 people £1200 or 16 people £1900, food and drink provided with a pre-flight briefing and 20 minute flight. For more info just call us on 0161 787 7326.

LAC offer an introductory avaiation evening the second monday of every month. The short presentation commences at 1900 and it is an opportunity to ask question and understand what is involved with learning to fly an aeroplane. This service is free of charge, reserve your place on the number above.
